Changing Landscapes

Changing Landscapes (Grand Escalante) is a collaborative work between artist Peter Walker, his experimental musical ensemble Arthur King, and a cast of AK Studio filmmakers, cinematographers, field recordists, editors, and projectionists.

The first installment of the Changing Landscapes series, Grand Escalante finds Walker and crew in Utah's Grand Escalante National Monument. The artists spent a week exploring the location, gathering audio, video, and photographic information, culminating in an improvised performance within the space.
