Changing Landscapes

Changing Landscapes (Mt. Wilson Observatory) is a collaborative work between artist Peter Walker, his experimental musical ensemble Arthur King, and a cast of AK Studio filmmakers, animators, cinematographers, field recordists, editors, projectionists, and photographers.

For this installment of the Changing Landscapes series, Walker and crew traveled to Mount Wilson in Angeles National Forest, exploring the observatory, its technicians, and the surrounding area. The week culminated in a live performance inside the observatory.
